Michelle Denton - Senior Advisor Policy and Regulation

Michelle has 15 years experience building reputations with governments and the private sector on both sides of the Atlantic. She worked in the Clinton White House, liaising with stakeholders on energy and environmental policy matters, and subsequently attracted US$80m of pre-IPO VC level funding for Californian tech companies from FTSE 100 companies while working for the State of California's London office. Michelle has considerable additional experience working with large cap European Telco, Tech, Energy and Extractives sector companies.

Tom Charlesworth - Senior Advisor Risk

Tom is an experienced commodity trader and worked with investment banks Warburg Dillon Reed and UBS and with one of the world�s largest private trading companies, Louis Dreyfus in a variety of locations around the globe. Tom has until recently been based in the City and in his current role has established a highly regarded service viewed as the market standard in its field which provides independent consensus price verification services to the investment banking and energy trading industry. Tom is one of the founding directors of ORACA.

Richard Calvert – Senior Advisor Strategy

Richard is a recognised and respected digital media expert; he has held a number of directorships in this area at firms such as TMW, where he drove the development of TMW�s digital offering, Razorfish and Craik Jones. He is currently Director of Planning at Bright Blue Day. Richard was educated at Durham University and has an M.Sc. in Electronic Publishing from City University. Richard brings particular expertise to ORACA�s TMT offering and to our internal strategic thinking. He has wide ranging experience across sectors including Engineering, automotive and technology.
